A well-known boutique commercial law firm based in the heart of the CBD is seeking a Legal Secretary to support several members of their established Corporate practice.
Located in the 'Paris end' of Melbourne CBD, this national firm provides a wide range of legal services to blue chip and top ASX listed organisations. They have an excellent reputation for the quality of their service and many of their lawyers are considered the best in the Asia Pacific region.

As the Legal Secretary, you will be an integral member of this Corporate team in supporting up to Partner level.
In this position, you will be assisting highly reputable Partners who have previously worked in top tier law firms and therefore offer interesting and varied work.
You can expect to undertake a variety of tasks as a Legal Secretary including liaising with clients, drafting legal documents and providing high quality administration support.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Diary and travel arrangement (mostly domestic, some international)
- Email management
- Preparing video conferences
- Processing end of month billing
- Dictaphone typing
- Prepare documents and letters
- Liaising with clients over the phone
The successful candidate will be an experienced Legal Secretary, Personal Assistant or Legal Assistant who has some proven legal support experience.
On a personal level, we are seeking a Legal Secretary who is a confident team player, can be autonomous, a strong communicator and someone who has a real energy and enthusiasm.
It is imperative that you have a positive, proactive manner and would have the ability to support up to Partner level.
