This role is a temporary casual assignment to start immediately, located on the city fringe. You will need to be available for the next 2 weeks as a minimum, Monday to Friday. Your working hours will be 9am - 5pm and you will be responsible for updating and recording data on the database and creating excel reporting.


You will be responsible for
-         Data entry
-         Maintaining and updating records
-         Use excel v-lookups, pivot tables and macros
-         Close records and enter correct data
-         General administration


To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
-         Excellent data entry skills, alpha/numeric
-         Strong excel skills, able to use V-Lookups, pivot tables and macros
-         Excellent computer skills and experience working with different database systems
-         Strong admin skills and attention to detail
-         Ability to work independently and in a team
-         Previous experience in a similar position
