We currently have several positions available, with a variety of tasks including;
- Data entry and updating system information
- Personal Assistant duties such as diary management & travel arrangements
- Ensuring stock is ordered and sent out on time
- Mail management
- Excel reporting
- Ad hoc administration tasks
You will have at least a years' experience working in a business support role and have strong customer service skills.
- Strong understanding of Word and Excel (skills test can be sent)
- A positive work ethic and attitude
- A team player and happy to get involved in things outside of your job description
- You don't need to be an expert at everything, but you must have a willingness to learn
