people2people are working closely with the NSW Government who are seeking a Contracts Administrator located in Sydney CBD for an initial 12 month assignment.

THE ROLE
In this role, you will be undertaking a range of Program and Project Administration duties on behalf of the branch. 
  • Develop, review and negotiate variations to contracts, programs and projects 
  • Respond to a variety of inquiries surrounding issues concerning contracts, programs and services and resolving this where required
  • Managing a high volume of documentation, ensuring all paperwork is maintained accordingly while meeting competing deadlines
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders ensuring branch needs are met
ABOUT YOU
To be eligible for this role you must have:
  • Demonstrated experience in administration of contracts, special projects and support services
  • Proven experience in meeting deadlines within a complex and cross functional environment
  • Strong knowledge surrounding Government principles, properties and legislation is desirable 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build effective stakeholder relationships
