Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will have up to 10 direct Customer Service Officer reports.
- Ensure your team is delivering their daily objectives and KPI's
- Assist with complaints management and other escalated enquiries
- Drive team meetings and 1 to 1's with all staff on a weekly and monthly basis
- Provide coaching and training to staff
- Previous people management experience within a contact centre environment
- Industry experience within super, insurance and financial services would be an advantage
- Ability to motivate, mentor and inspire your team
- Exposure to project management
