Your expertise in all things Workers Compensation is a must for this consultative role to ensure best practices in case management to improve return to work scheme results. This organisation is socially conscious and supportive and known for taking care of its claimants, identifying those that have the capability of resuming a normal work life.
We're looking for someone who has the experience to devise action plans, support and advocate new approaches in dealing with claims and make sound decisions and judgement calls based on evidence and know-how. You will be involved in, but not limited to:
- Case management practice and process improvement
- Change management, working closely with support centre staff
- Claims decision making and engage with Centre leadership team
- Contact centre practice and processes to identify opportunities to improve claim efficiencies.
