A subsidiary of a global manufacturing business, require the assistance of an experienced Bookkeeper on a temp to perm basis. The role will be 3 days per week and our client is highly flexible around days.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the responsibilities of the role will include:
- Full function Accounts Payable
- Full function Accounts Receivable
- Month end close (journals, GL and reconciliations)
- Preparation of financial statements and some reporting
The successful candidate will have/be:
- A relevant tertiary qualification
- Highly experienced across transactional and month end
- Ability to 'hit the ground running'
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have XERO accounting package experience and strong Excel
