Based on reception, this is an exciting opportunity for a corporate receptionist to support the event services team. This is a temp assignment for a 4-6 week duration with an immediate start.
Some of your duties will include:
- Managing inbound calls
- Maintaining meeting rooms and board rooms
- Maintaining presentation of client facilities
- Meeting and greeting clients
- General administrative duties
To be successful in this great role you will have:
- Previous corporate reception experience
- Be confident, personable and approachable
- Immaculate corporate presentation
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritise a busy workload
