In this role you will be providing business administration support to the Executive Director and team to ensure effective delivery of day to day operations.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Reception service, switchboard and handling enquiries
- Arrange meetings, travel booking and calendar bookings
- Preparing and maintain accurate financial records, raising purchasing orders and invoices.
- Maintain effective data base and records management
- Prepare and provide accurate reports and distribution of mailings and communication
- Previous experience in a high volume Receptionist role
- Preferred experience in SAP, TRIM and NSW Buy Portal
- Must have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
