- responsible for document control from downloading and uploading of client documents shared systems
- Ensure document submissions are compliant with the project document formats and requirements.
- Develop and maintain office filing and database systems, storing information accurately and safely
- Coordinate meetings or events which may include preparing agendas, invitations, catering, note/minute taking, distributing actions and general organisational support.
- Solid background within Document Management with busy project or bids and tenders
- Experience in working within fast paced environments
- Strong communication skills as will be liaising with key internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in using complex document management system such as Aconex would be highly regarded
