About the Opportunity:

Our client is a nationally recognised, market leader who supplies its innovative product to various markets including Architectural and Home Improvements. They boast locations across Australian with their Head Office on a modern site close to Huntingwood. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a Personal Assistant to support the CEO and some Board Members on a permanent basis.


Responsibilities include:

·        Supporting the CEO and other board members
·        Diary management- including scheduling of meetings and conference calls.
·        Serving in an administrative support capacity, assisting the CEO directly with a variety of administrative functions
·        Domestic and international travel booking and accommodation
·        Processing expenses and reconciling financial material
·        General administration duties and reception relief as required


About you:

·        Keen and enthusiastic personality with a high level of initiative
·        Strong attention to detail
·        Ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team
·        Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
·        Experience working in accounts and banking ideal however not essential
·        Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or an Office Manager responsible for similar duties
