People2people have partnered with an Australasian manufacturer who supply to the construction industry with a comprehensive range of products to source an Internal Sales Officer on a 4-month contract. Our client believes they have employed technically focused individuals who through excellence in service and innovative quality products to the market.
Being the first point of contact for customers - the successful individual will be providing the highest level of customer service while supporting the external sales team and wider business with all customer service requirements. Receiving and processing incoming orders, preparation of quotes and then following up and liaising with suppliers to complete delivery of stock.
- Previous Internal Sales experience - preferably from a technical product industry
- Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external clients
- Strong communication / interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail with eh ability to multi-task
- Onsite parking
