In this role you will be providing high level executive, project and administration support and reporting to the CEO.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Prepare and write reports, briefs and submissions
- Coordinate communications between Senior internal stakeholders
- Compile and collate data to be clearly presented formerly to senior stakeholders.
- Assess and evaluate enquiries and refer to appropriate members of staff
- Maintain executive database, correspondence; records management.
To be eligible for this role you must have:
- Essential Senior Executive Officer experience
- Superior written, presentation and verbal skills
- Excellent time management skills
