This is a part time role where you will be required to work 5 days per week with reduced hours (ideally 10-3pm, Monday - Friday). In this role you will be supporting a highly regarded Partner and wider team in the pro bono team. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Conflict searches
- Matter opening
- Pro bono register
- Expense claims for the team
- Organising websites
- Co-ordinating meetings
- Assisting community service staff
To be successful for the role you must have:
- Strong MS Office skills
- At least 3 years experience as a legal secretary
- Ability to prioritise effectively
- Great written and verbal skills
- Immaculate presentation
