people2people are working closely with the NSW Government who are seeking a HR Generalist to support management to start immediately on an 8 month assignment located in Sydney CBD.

THE ROLE
In this role you will be providing strategic advice and support to the division.
 Your duties will include but are not limited to:
 
  • Investigate complex HR issues and provide solutions in accordance with NSW legislation and policy
  • Identify issues and potential challenges ; provide best practice recommendations 
  • Coordinate projects and implement effective strategies to deliver across the division  
  • Collaborate and participate in best practice forums with internal stakeholders

ABOUT YOU

To be eligible for this role you must have:
  • Previous experience as a Human Resource Generalist or Consultant
  • Demonstrated strategic planning experience
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail with ability to meet competing deadlines
  • Strong internal and external stakeholder engagement
