This role will be supporting highly regarded Senior Partners and their team. This is a very high-level performing team, so each day will be busy but rewarding. Some of your responsibilities will be to:
- Opening and closing files
- Diary and email management
- Dictaphone typing
- Liaising with clients
- Monthly billing
- Event management
To be successful for the role you must have:
- Strong MS Office skills
- At least 3 years' experience as a legal secretary
- Proven ability to prioritise effectively and manage time effectively
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Immaculate presentation
