We are currently looking for a motivated, naturally self-driven and competent individual with excellent communication and grammatical skills, a compassionate nature and a positive attitude - who is able to commit to a part-time (24 hours per week) 4 - 6month temp assignment.

You will have proven administration experience in previous roles and be confident with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel at an intermediate level. Your sensational attention to detail will be imperative as you speedily complete a wide variety of administrative tasks including creating processes and implementing and updating systems. Professionalism and a sense of calm is a must as you will liaise with the Finance + HR teams, carry out travel requests, set up billing and invoicing systems, book venues and coordinate with off-site managers to make sure events come off without a hitch!
