The Company

Established over a 100 years ago, this organisation is a giant and a market leader in their industry. Located in the Rhodes area and easily accessible, they are looking for an experienced full function payroll officer to join their team on a permanent basis.

The role

Joining a team of 3 and reporting to the payroll manager, you will be working on a payroll for around 1000 employees on SAP and be responsible for the following:
  • Full function payroll position
  • Work on weekly, fortnightly and/or monthly payroll
  • Organise new starters and terminations
  • Work on Supera, payroll tax, PAYG and month end
  • Be a point of contact for payroll queries
  • ad hoc project

The ideal candidate

In order to be considered for the role, you will need to demonstrate the following attributes:
  • Experience as a payroll officer
  • End to end process experience
  • Working knowledge of SAP Payroll ESSENTIAL
  • Ability to interpret and analyse awards and EBA's
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
