Role:

This role presents great opportunity for growth and development through mentoring and variety. As the Administration Assist you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:
  • Sorting and distributing of daily mail
  • Processing of dockets, orders and other associated filing
  • Answering calls and directing as appropriate
  • General administration and office duties as required
  • Ensuring meeting rooms are setup as required
About you:
  • You will have some previous exposure to working in an office environment
  • Love working in a team environment but happy to work autonomously also
  • Have an excellent customer service focus
  • Have a excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • You are reliable, positive and have a great attitude
  • Current Drivers licence and reliable car
