If you are 'next level' when it comes to providing customer care, we are looking for someone who leaves no stone unturned when problem solving, to guide our client's global customers through a truly unique, end-to-end experience, in the aviation industry.

Our client is looking for a real 'gem' to join their close-knit team in delivering exceptional, specialist knowledge and care to their customers, worldwide. To be successful in this role, you will be able to navigate a variety of tasks on a day-to-day basis. Your ability to build quality relationships with internal and external stakeholders will be the thing that sets you apart, and you will be the primary point of contact for selected key customers.

While the bulk of the role will be facilitating inbound calls - in order to do this successfully, you will be utilising the internal company network to be the voice of the company. You will liaise with aviation engineers, visiting dignitaries and everyone in between. Your practical, unflappable nature will ensure you are providing outstanding specialised care and positive outcomes; 100% of the time. You will be extremely proficient in the Microsoft Office suit, Salesforce an advantage, and be quick to pick up new process and systems while always being adaptable.
