- Ensure all inbound calls are responded to
- Administration activities such as email correspondence and freight tracking
- Identify and suggest process improvements
- Managing multiple wholesale business accounts
- Previous phone based customer service experience
- Clear communication skills and a professional phone manner
- Previous experience with a CRM system. Zendesk and Apparel 21 will be highly regarded.
