The Firm:

The Role:

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Clerk to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis. 

Your key responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
  • Accounts payable & receivable 
  • Processing receipts and cheques 
  • Processing credit card payments 
  • Assisting with end of month responsibilities
  • Reconciling statements
  • Reconciling superannuation, petty cash and expense claims
  • General office duties
  • Other ad hoc duties as requested by Financial controller 

The Candidate:
  • Prior experience in a similar role essential 
  • Prior experience in Pronto (desirable) 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to take initiative
  • Ability to work well within a team
