A top tier law firm based in Auckland CBD is currently seeking a part time Office Assistant to join their firm on a part ime, permanent basis.

About the role
You will be coming into a busy position where no two days will be the same your role will include administration, customer service and some manual handling:
  • Part time Office Assistant position working Wednesday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm
  • Administration such as photocopying, binding and mail distribution
  • Attending to phone & email queries
  • Preparing meeting rooms and setting up for events
What do you need: 
As the incoming Office Assistant you will have a positive attitude and be happy to work outside of your job description:
  • Relevant experience in a similar position  
  • A willingness to help and assist others
  • A get up and go attitude
