In this role you will be providing administration support to the business unit and director to ensure effective delivery of day to day operations.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- High level of team support and administration to the division
- Processing of accounts from creation, approval to paying the bill
- Prepare documentation and presentations including minute taking and subpoena preparation.
- Booking travel and accommodation for clients and staff .
- Previous Team Administration/ Personal Assistant based roles.
- Experience in minute taking and accounts processing.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Must have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
