In this role you will be providing business administration support to the business unit and director to ensure effective delivery of day to day operations.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- High level of executive support and administration to the division
- Processing and managing records using TRIM (CM9)
- Prepare documentation and presentation materials to support directors
- Provide receptionist duties as required.
- TRIM (CM9) experience is essential
- Must have a valid WWC check
- Previous experience in Business Administration Support
- Must have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
