An exciting opportunity to join this industry leader within fast paced Human Resources Co-ordinator role. Being a crucial member of this busy Human Resource team assisting with upcoming projects, recruitment co-ordination, and general HR advisor support. 

Main responsibilities:
  • Management of on-boarding and contract administration for employees both Sydney and Melbourne based​
  • Compliance administration for payroll documentation 
  • Coordination of e-learning and training for employees
  • Management of exit documentation of employees
  • Adhoc reports and administration support to BP's within HR team


What you need to bring to this role:
  • Solid background in HR administration supporting a busy team
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to build rapport with a variety of key stakeholders both internally and externally 
  • Strong sense of prioritisation and time management
  • Ability to use you initiative to work autonomously on set projects to completion
