This Australian not for profit organisation is currently seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide direct support to their 2x General Managers and their wider teams. As the Executive Assistant, you will be supporting a variety of functions including the Communications and Relationship Management departments, which means no day will ever be the same. 

Key Responsibilities may include:
  • Extensive travel arrangements for both Managers and wider teams
  • Manage incoming correspondence and meeting requests, set appointments and arrange meeting rooms/conference calls 
  • Draft and proofread correspondence on behalf of team members as requested
  • Collate documents as requested - formatting, editing, copying and adding graphics
  • Invoice management, process reconciliations and claims
  • Ensure high level accuracy and confidentiality when recording and reporting on company information
  • Communicate with stakeholders, clients and visitors to achieve aims of projects
What you will need to bring:
  • Previous office experience required in EA, PA
  • High level of computer skills including MS Office Suite
  • Proven organisational skills
  • Excellent communications both verbally and written
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise
