IT Help Desk Support

people2people are working closely with the NSW Government who are currently seeking a IT Helpdesk Support Officer for an initial 2 month contract located in Parramatta. 

THE ROLE

In this position, you will be providing IT based services to on-site customers.
  • Provide front line helpdesk support to the business
  • Handle a number of customer queries at once and prioritise. This includes phone calls and walk ups 
  • Ability to set up devices using DEP 
  • Meeting room setup for AV/VC

ABOUT YOU
  • Customer focused with experience in a front line helpdesk role
  • Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange and Citrix (Basic) experience required.
  • ITIL and DEP knowledge
  • Self motivator with strong stakeholder skills
