In this position, you will be providing IT based services to on-site customers.
- Provide front line helpdesk support to the business
- Handle a number of customer queries at once and prioritise. This includes phone calls and walk ups
- Ability to set up devices using DEP
- Meeting room setup for AV/VC
- Customer focused with experience in a front line helpdesk role
- Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange and Citrix (Basic) experience required.
- ITIL and DEP knowledge
- Self motivator with strong stakeholder skills
