About the role:

Working closely with the content creation and insights team, you will be responsible for developing strong client relationships at all levels and ensuring your team delivers against your clients expectations.

Your main responsibilities will be but not limited to:
  • Day to day project management and priorities for your team, managing timelines effectively
  • Contribute to all social media strategy and content development
  • Further develop relationships with agency partners at all levels with negotiation skills
  • Join client presentation of strategic & creative strategy, content plans & reports
You will have:
  • Relevant degree/ diploma in Marketing. Communications or Journalism
  • Agency experience will be highly desired where you would work with a wide range of social platforms and analytic tools as well as experience in Project Management
  • You must be proficient in MS Office including; Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of fees, budget management, invoicing, expenses and profitability
