Your day to day responsibilities will be:
  • Managing calls to main switchboard 
  • Preferred work days are Tuesday - Thursday 9-5 but there can be some flexibility 
  • Meeting and greeting external visitors and internal stakeholders
  • Manage meeting rooms 
  • Ensure area is neat and presentable at all times
  • General administration when required

What you need to bring to the role:
  •   Demonstrated reception experience in a corporate environment, with some administrative tasks
  •  Strong customer service focus
  •  Friendly /welcoming/attentive personality both face to face and over the phones
  •  Some flexibility around days/hours would be ideal (the team do cover for each other during leave etc)
  •  Professional presentation
