The Position
As a Repair Centre Technician you will be part of a great team responsible for assessing and repairing medical equipment. Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills will also be very important to ensure a high level of service to external and internal customers.  Key responsibilities: 
  • Follow procedures to repair medical/surgical equipment
  • Work independently and as part of a team to resolve complicated problems
  • Troubleshoot over the phone and face-to-face
  • Communicate with the customer and internal teams to coordinate on time service delivery
  • Conduct thorough quality inspection procedures for repaired equipment
