This Senior Legal Assistant position is a busy and vital position working closely with two impressive Senior Associates and your day-to-day tasks will include:
- File and diary management
- Drafting legal correspondence
- Preparing briefs and court documents
- Billing and invoicing
- Liaising with stakeholders including insurance firms and medical providers
- Photocopying, scanning and processing mail
The successful candidate will have built an impressive range of experience within the personal injury field, whether it's for the defendant or plaintiff.
This role requires an experienced Legal Assistant/ Secretary who has skills in file and diary management, drafting briefs and preparing court documents.
On a personal level, this Senior Legal Assistant will have an impeccable eye for detail, be well-organised, excellent communication skills, an ability to prioritise and organise your workload. You must also be a confident IT user and have the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
