This is a full time, permanent position providing secretarial support to a vibrant and entertaining Partner, plus a Senior Associate. This role is within their litigation team and will offer a steady and consistent work flow.
Your daily duties will include:
- Telephone management and answering queries
- Extensive diary and travel arrangement (mostly domestic, some international)
- Email management
- Preparing video conferences
- Processing end of month billing
- Dictaphone typing
- Prepare briefs, bundles, documents and letters
- Liaising with clients over the phone and in person
The successful Legal Assistant will have proven experience within a litigation team for an established law firm and have the ability to support up to Partner level. On a personal level, it's imperative that you have a calm and confident manner.
Advanced IT skills are a must, plus well developed written and verbal communication skills.
