Customer Service Manager

people2people are collaborating with NSW Government who are currently seeking a Customer Service Manager on an initial 1 year assignment located in Western suburbs Sydney.

THE ROLE

In this role you will be dealing with the general public as well as businesses to educate them about water restrictions. You will be:
  • Interacting and speaking with members of the public on a daily basis
  • Implement and educate members of the public on restrictions around water usage (full training provided)
  • Promote and consult stakeholders on the strategy 
  • Identify and resolve potential areas of conflict with customers
  • Maintain an accurate online log book of incidences using a CMS

ABOUT YOU

To be eligible for this role you must have:
  • Current drivers licence 
  • Previous experience in a utilities position highly regarded
  • Previous experience in a strong customer/client facing role 
  • Ability to effectively engage stakeholders with a diplomatic and positive approach
  • SAP or CMS proficiency advantageous
