This role you will be supporting a partner and wider team within the insurance department. This fast-paced environment gives you the opportunity to grow and broaden your knowledge. Some of your responsibilities will include:
  • Diary and email management
  • Liaising with clients
  • Preparing legal documents
  • Billing
  • Opening and closing files
  • File management
  • Administrative duties
  • Organisation of domestic and international travel
To be successful for an interview with this leading law firm, you must have:
  • A willingness to learn
  • Have at least 2 years' experience working as a legal secretary in either litigation or insurance
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritise and display initiative
  • Proficient in MS word 
  • Strong attention to detail
