People2people have partnered with a long-standing not-for-profit organisation, seeking a Receptionist to assist their team during a busy period. The organisation provides health and aged care across Australia, offering a range of services to Australia's aged population.
About the role
Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will be responsible for greeting clients at the front desk, and answering and diverting phone calls throughout the business, as well as some ad-hoc administrative duties.
With demonstrated experience in a reception role, you will also have an excellent phone manner and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously to assist the team. You will be well-presented, friendly, and capable of learning on the go.
