Reporting to the Shared Service Manager the responsibilities of the role will include:
- Oversea the entire Billings and Collections processes
- Lead, develop and manage a small team
- Manage and monitor the team performance and set KPI's
- Identify and facilitate process improvements and streamlining
- Assist with end of month reporting
The successful candidate for this role will have recent experience within a Billings/Accounts Receivable leadership position. You will have proven experience in mentoring, developing and training a small team and have been heavily involved with process improvements.
You will not only lead the team and facilitate improvements but enjoy 'hands on' processing and creating a positive team environment.
You will have large ERP experience and a strong attention to detail. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential to be successful in this role.
