Administrator - Receptionist

Our client is an international manufacturing company based in Henderson, with offices in USA, Africa, Mexico, Canada and Australia they are committed to customer satisfaction and service.

The Role

We are actively seeking a receptionist to work for 6 months - maternity leave cover to start on the 15/07/2019 until the 20/12/2019.

There will be a 2 - week handover so that you feel confident with your temporary assignment.

The office is based in Henderson, so the ideal candidate will live close by.

The Candidate

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:
  • Experience in reception and administration roles
  • Pronto XI - software experience
  • Proven ability to be forward thinking and demonstrates initiative
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills
  • Experience in receptionist duties such out liaising with clients, taking inbound and outbound calls
