Responsibilities can include:
  • Supporting a team with general administration tasks
  • Assist with expenses and reconciliations
  • Organise and set up meeting rooms
  • Greet visitors and welcome them into the business
  • Maintaining the office to a high standard or cleanliness

skills and experience:
  • Experience in a reception role
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner
  • Exceptional organisation skills, the ability to multitask and work autonomously 
  • Impeccable attention to detail with immaculate personal presentation
