We're looking for an outgoing, resilient and ambitious Telephone Sales Representative to join a newly formulated team to follow up sales campaigns throughout the year. Each campaign will provide different content and service offerings which in turn, will provide a variety of reasons for you to call new and/or current clients to introduce new services or upsell and cross-sell! The possibilities are limited only by your own energy and your results will be rewarded on your performance. Full training will be provided so that you can conduct the following tasks:
- Achieve/exceed Business Sales targets
- Maintaining effective relationships with existing clients
- Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services
- Business development of new clients.
- Act as the main interface between existing clients to ensure an optimal level of service.
- 2+ years of experience as Tele-sales Representative or similar customer service or outbound sales role
- Proven record of exceeding sales targets
- Outstanding verbal communication skills, personable and friendly tone of voice with a positive attitude
- Outgoing, enthusiastic and positive personality
- Consistently make a good first impression when calling clients and leads (and recruiters).
