In this role you will provide technical analysis for a large scale project that will help to ensure best practice.
Your duties will include but are not limited too:
- Providing analysis reports to assist with the scope, procure, design, build, test & deployment of the project.
- Collaborate with program manager and project team to pre-empt and identify problem areas.
- Document technical and non-functional requirements including applications, data, infrastructure, configuration, integration & security.
- Undertake IT & Vendor engagement & education.
- Build key effective relationships
- Ensure compliance requirements are being maintained.
- Communicate between internal stakeholders
To be eligible for this role you must have:
- Previous experience in contact center environments is a requirement
- Exposure to Telephony or Cloud Based Telephony is highly desirable
- IP knowledge of cloud technologies
- Demonstrated experience in similar roles
- Ability to effectively manage senior stakeholders
