THE ROLE            

This is a full time, permanent position providing secretarial support to a Partner and 2 Associates. This role is within their construction team and will include front and back end construction work. 

Your daily duties will include: 
 
  • Telephone management and answering queries
  • Extensive diary and travel arrangement (mostly domestic, some international)
  • Email management
  • Preparing video conferences
  • Processing end of month billing
  • Dictaphone typing
  • Prepare briefs, bundles, documents and letters
  • Liaising with clients over the phone and in person
 
THE CANDIDATE

The successful Legal Assistant will have proven experience in construction work for an established law firm and have the ability to support up to Partner level. On a personal level, it's imperative that you have a calm and confident manner.

Advanced IT skills are a must, plus well developed written and verbal communication skills.
