Administration Assistant ( Broken Hill)

people2people are working closely with the NSW Government who are seeking an Administrative Assistant to start immediately on an initial 5 month assignment located in Broken Hill, Sydney.

In this role you will be providing administrative support to internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of day to day operations to assist the flow of the business.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

*Greeting visitors, scheduling room bookings/meetings/events, coordinating and actioning mailbox requests
*Coordinate and maintain routine financial transactions, reports and purchase orders
*Schedule calendar bookings and diary management
*Collect, prepare and interpret documents in compliance with ad hoc systems and processes
ABOUT YOU             
*Previous experience in Administration and business support
*Previous experience in a high volume team environment.
*Must have a high degree of confidentiality and adaptability.
*Knowledge of Financial and human resources management procedures and policies.
