In this role you will be leading the development & delivery of a large scale project based around a new Cloud Based Telephony & Contact Centre Solution.
Your duties will include but are not limited too:
- Manage and monitor project activities and milestones
- Collaborate with program manager and project team to pre-empt and identify problem areas and facilitate remedial action
- Undertake management of the deployment of the contact centre to ensure compliance & best practice is met across the team
- Contribute to communication strategy and implementation plan
- Effectively manage multiple stakeholders at high levels
- Travel interstate to conduct various training and to assist with the rollout.
To be eligible for this role you must have:
- Previous experience in contact centre environments is a requirement
- Exposure to Telephony or Cloud Based Telephony is highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience in delivery of projects and the implementation of large businesses
- Ability to effectively manage senior stakeholders
