Working with this financial services company, you will sit within the tier 1 customer service team to help get through the call volumes coming through the switch.
- Answering inbound or making outbound phone calls
- Providing product information to customer
- Troubleshooting issues and answering any queries
- Working with call centre KPIs
Your Skills and Expertise
- Previous experience within a call centre environment
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and work to KPIs
- Excellent phone manner and professionally presented
- High level of attention to detail and able to prioritise tasks
