HR and Rostering Coordinator

HR and Rostering Coordinator (2-6 months Temporary contract)


The Role
 
  • You will be supporting a client group of house officers and registrars with rostering, administrative and HR support. You will also provide guidance and support tin respect of the change management processes.
  • Key duties
  • Managing rosters as required
  • Approving future leave requests and liaising with Daily Operations staff to obtain appropriate cover as required
  • Undertaking leave audits to ensure equitable distribution of leave quarterly
  • Updating Run Descriptions as part of the annual process and as required
  • Co-ordinating run reviews as part of the annual process and as required
  • Participate in the recruitment and selection and assist with the orientation
  • To ensure all activities are compliant with New Zealand employment legislation
 


Experience


 
 
  • Strong excel skills
  • People management and ER experience
  • Strong relationship builder
  • Familiar with New Zealand employment legislation
  • Previous experience in HR is essential
