Payroll/AP Officer

Salary: $32 - $35 per hour
We are recruiting for a temporary Payroll/AP Officer for a Legal firm in Melbourne's South-Eastern suburbs. Reporting to the Finance Manager you would join the firm's finance team and be responsible for both the Payroll and Accounts Payable functions. An immediate start is available for the right candidate for an initial 2-month assignment.

The Role: 
  • End to end payroll for over 100 employees
  • Responding to payroll queries (phone and email)
  • Processing super, payroll tax, and PAYG
  • Full function accounts payable including payment runs
  • Assisting with month end
About You:
  • Experience within payroll and AP
  • Previous exposure to a high volume processing environment
  • Ability to resolve payroll queries in a timely manner
  • Accurate data entry skills, coupled with attention to detail
  • Can confidently use MYOB and Excel
