They specialise in a variety of areas of law from Commercial Law, Dispute Resolution, Family Law and Litigation. They promote an engaging and social work environment with plenty of on the job training and support.
There is an opportunity to join the team as a Corporate Receptionist with a mix of Administration support. They are looking for someone energetic and engaging to be the first point of contact for Clients and Business Professionals. It is an initial temporary position for several weeks with the view to be offered a permanent position if you perform well within the Firm and enjoy the role.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering inbound calls and re directing
- Managing emails
- Liaising with Clients
- Handling correspondences
- Ad Hoc Admin duties
- Support to the various Legal Teams
We are looking for someone with a energetic and professional personality who is ready to explore a new opportunity in the Legal Industry. Pervious experience with in Legal is ideal but any Corporate Reception experience will be adequate.
