An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Administration Manager to join their dynamic & high-performing team based in Sydney's West.
In this dynamic, challenging, fast paced and highly pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading their document control team, pricing and invoicing teams, as well as other Admin & Reception staff.
You will enjoy working closely with Management and their technical teams on setting up account structures and admin protocols. You will have experience trouble-shooting and continuously improving Admin processes, and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement in BAU processes.
As the ideal candidate, you will demonstrate the following key attributes:
  • Previous commercial administration management experience from within a service delivery
  • An exceptional rapport-building ability at all levels - externally and internally
  • Very process driven, with an exceptional eye for detail
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills
