People2people are currently looking for a Sales Support Administrator to assist the operational team 

The role
Your day to day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Ensure best practice with all customer enquiries 
  • Provide comprehensive administration and project coordination 
  • Assist the sales team in providing accurate quoting and answering enquires
  • Generate reports, proposals, tenders and marketing campaigns
  • Creating accurate and timely contracts

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and initiative to succeed
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Excellent time management skills
  • High attention to detail
